Question 1

Do I need a European company?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Stratos has structures that allow many brands to operate without a European entity. We assess your case in the first conversation, before you move any stock.

Question 2

Who owns the stock in the warehouse?

Accepted Answer

You do. Stratos operates the warehouse and logistics; the goods remain yours, with auditable ERP inventory by SKU and warehouse.

Question 3

How do payouts work?

Accepted Answer

Every order is matched to its delivery outcome and payment. Reconciled funds are visible in the ERP and paid out without waiting for month-end.

Question 4

Who supports my end customer?

Accepted Answer

The operation provides local-language support for order confirmation, delivery questions and returns. Messages go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp at every stage.

Question 5

What happens when a customer refuses delivery?

Accepted Answer

The order enters automated recovery: reconfirmation through the customer's channel, a second delivery attempt and, if unsuccessful, return to stock. Everything is reconciled in your P&L.

Question 6

How quickly can I start selling?

Accepted Answer

Most operations go live in days, not months, because sourcing, warehousing, payments and software are already connected. The exact timing depends on where your product is today.
