Question 1

Do I need a product to be an affiliate?

Accepted Answer

No. The catalogue is made of products already sitting in European warehouses. You pick the offer, run the traffic and the operation handles stock, delivery, confirmation and payment.

Question 2

When is the commission paid?

Accepted Answer

On delivered and paid orders — not on clicks, not on generated orders. Because reconciliation is per order, the amount shows up in the dashboard as soon as the payment comes in.

Question 3

How does attribution work?

Accepted Answer

Every sale is linked to the affiliate who brought it, at order level. You see orders, delivery rate and commission per offer and per country.

Question 4

Can I refer and also be an affiliate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. They are separate programs with separate dashboards, and nothing stops you from being in both.

Question 5

Is there offer or market exclusivity?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the offer. Some are open, others cap the number of affiliates per market so the media auction isn't cannibalised. This is visible in the catalogue.

Question 6

Is the program open to beginners?

Accepted Answer

Talk to the partnerships team before setting expectations: some offers require a traffic track record. Creating the account and browsing the catalogue costs nothing and needs no approval.
