Question 1

Is Stratos a service or a platform?

Accepted Answer

Both. Stratos Sphere combines an operational layer (fulfillment, logistics, COD, cross-border) with a software layer (ERP, automation, financial control). Use the full stack or just the part you need.

Question 2

Can I use only part of Stratos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — fulfillment, COD or the platform alone, and add the rest later.

Question 3

How fast can we launch?

Accepted Answer

Most operations are live in days, because sourcing, warehousing, payments and software are already connected.

Question 4

Which markets do you cover?

Accepted Answer

19 mapped markets; in 17 the operation is local with cash on delivery — local delivery, local-language confirmation and support. The Netherlands and Belgium are prepaid only.

Question 5

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Local delivery in 24–48h from warehouses close to your customers, with 99.8% of orders shipped on time.

Question 6

Do I need a European company?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Many brands operate without a European entity; we assess each case in the first conversation.

Question 7

How does COD reconciliation work?

Accepted Answer

Every order is matched to its delivery outcome and payout. Confirmation, tracking, returns and reconciliation are automated.

Question 8

What currency is finance in?

Accepted Answer

Finance is normalized to EUR while you operate in local currencies across markets.

Question 9

Can I trust the margin numbers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — margins are computed from real warehouse costs, freight and COD payouts, auditable down to each order.

Question 10

Which platforms does Stratos integrate with?

Accepted Answer

Shopify fully natively today, plus custom storefronts and order-ingestion APIs — automatic sync of products, orders, stock and tracking, no middleware. See the full list in the Integrations section of the Platform page.

Question 11

Why isn't pricing public?

Accepted Answer

Cost depends on your products, markets and volume. We map a plan to your operation in the first conversation.
